I recently visited OPHA hospital and was blown away by the exceptional care and compassion shown by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The doctors were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The nursing staff were friendly, responsive, and ensured my comfort. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and administration .The quality of care provided was far below expectations, and the staff, especially in administration, were unhelpful and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and there seemed to be a complete lack of coordination between departments. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.
